Some of them just get staining like that, it's very normal and I don't think it's related to diet, some dogs just get more drool around their mouth because of the shape of their lips and when drool gets into the coat the bacteria in it is what creates the staining.

There are products like a whitening gel but I would be very careful using it around the mouth because you don't want your dog to swallow any of it.
