Collar and black necktie came from Amazon. Unfortunately, the black tie blends in with his black fur so I wound up buying him 10 neckties for dogs with a big head and neck , cut the stitching for the black tie which left me only with the collar and BAM! Atlas doesn't have to go into meetings under dressed :) I had a hard time finding him a non-human necktie that fits since his neck is between 23-24 inches.
