Is that the Australian flag? I don't think winter means what you think it means. The tips for that type of weather are pretty straightforward:

You'll want some base wicking layers, something like these will work just fine
Gloves. I recommend some windproof fleece ones for rubbing the nose / expectorate.
Earmuffs so your ears don't get cold these are pretty good.

If it gets a bit colder (0 to -5 C) you can layer on a top microfleece and some wind pants of some kind if you find that you have to. I recommend wool socks and shoe covers and perhaps some warmer gloves as well.

Don't forget the riding glasses. But you wear those anyhow, right?
