The experience is at least as important, if not more so, than memorizing this info. There are similar books covering every specialty, but for surgical specialties I'd say the experience is even more important than for medicine specialties.

Personally I love Rosens Emergency Medicine and Huszar's Basic Dysrhythmias and Acute Coronary Syndromes. Unfortunately Rosens is frightfully expensive, however Huszars is pretty cheap and you can pick up 2nd hand ones even cheaper.
