What the majority of other's have said, but with a link! Here is my stethoscope, it blew my shitty nursing school one out of the water: http://www.amazon.com/3M-Littmann-Lightweight-Stethoscope-2450/dp/B00AZAMQ2U/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1368302530&sr=1-2&keywords=littman

I recommend getting one that is NOT black, just get her favorite color, unless it happens to be black, then get her, like, blue. People beat stethoscopes, unfortunate, but true. The lightweight is boss and serves any and all of my Med-Surg needs.

Booze.

Jk. I would go with a good pair of sunglasses, a stethoscope, or pens. All the pens. People are really particular about scopes (especially around here), but I'd recommend a Littmann Lightweight. They come in girl colors too and work amazingly. Also not super expensive. Do NOT get her an expensive scope right away. This is a high quality scope at under $50. There's no point in getting a cardiology III for someone right out of school. Let her develop her skills and tastes first.

Littmann Lightweight II SE are on sale right now. The burgandy one is $39.95

They had a $5 off coupon a while ago too so I got mine for $34.95 but I don't see the coupon anymore. Last week there was a "flash sale" and they had the carribean blue one for pretty cheap too.

Sorry fellas, I've been caught up with school/homework. But not to worry, OP delivers..

  • Nexus 7
  • Nexus 5 - If you're thinking about getting this phone, just do it. I just switched from AT&T (iphone 4s) to Ting, and I couldn't be happier. I went from paying $50 a month, to under $25 with no drop in service..plus I got a month free (just for switching) and a sexy new phone. If you decide to try Ting out, use my referral link. We'll both get a $25 credit. Yay :)
  • Kershaw Cryo 1555Ti - One of the sexiest things I've ever had in my pants
  • "Remove Before Flight" Keychain - Makes it so easy to spot my keys or pull them from my pocket.
  • As for the Caduceus keychain, I purchased it on Etsy, but I can't remember the store..
  • Lucky Line 71101 Key Ring
  • [Casio Unisex MQ24-7B] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GAYQU4/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - A simple, functional watch.
  • ADC ADLITE Disposable Penlight - Cheap. Dependable. Cool to play with.
  • Pilot G2 .38 & .7
  • Zebra .5 mechanical pencil. Not sure of the model (the number got rubbed off from usage), but I've had this pencil for over 6 years. The SAME one, and it's still going strong.
  • 3M Littmann Lightweight II S.E. - THE LIGHTEST steth you'll ever wear. I've tried the cardiology 3 and various others, but after wearing them for >5-8 hours at a time, your neck starts to hurt. With this one, I have to check to see if I'm still wearing it at the end of the day. Yes, there IS a slight difference between the 3 and this one in terms of acoustics but to me, it's not worth the $100 markup and neck pain.
  • Zippo Regular Matte Pocket Lighter - I don't even smoke, but being able to create fire on the spot is what separates us from the animals, right?

If you guys have any more questions, I'll get to them when I can. Sorry again for the wait :)
