Looks like a 2-story house considering the stairs, but I have to ask: is there any way to get into ceiling from above? Maybe you could run a cable up a wall (inside or outside of it), then over through either the ceiling or along the floor in the 2nd story) and drop down from above to get the sensor higher...I highly doubt it, but worth a shot.

Another option would be a tripod to get the 3rd sensor up higher, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Professional-Heavy-Photography-Tripods-Options/dp/B071DZD7KK

Maybe you could put a plant next to it.

Also, where will your computer/desk go?

Another option is to rethink this all. Put the computer and play area in the TV section instead. You have just as much room (if not more) and possibly less through-traffic.

If you're worried about pounding your TV during an Echo Arena or Gorn match, invest in one of these: https://www.amazon.com/49-Vizomax-Screen-Protector-Plasma/dp/B00COOM8UK.

My toddler smashed a TV by throwing a toy at it so I bought an acrylic screen protector for the new one. So far has worked great.
