Try one of these instead. They're inexpensive, sharp, and very useful. I love them so much I tried to commission one from a local knife-maker. I think asking him to duplicate a $7 (at my asian market) knife was a blow to his ego, maybe? So the knife I got is not really what I asked for. /endrant
