This is so incredibly hard - I was in a similar position this April and read the book "our heartbreaking choices" and visited their website- I also read a book about carrying a baby who wouldn't survive to term, just to get a lot of perspectives. I did research on what could cause my baby the least pain, reading studies, etc etc. (it reassured me that they say babies don't experience pain until they are born and can perceive things).

I basically spent 10 days fretting about the decision - it consumed me and broke my heart. I also had a toddler (they would have been 2 years and 2 months apart) and a 6 year old, so I took into account how it would all affect them

It is incredibly incredibly difficult. Those days of agonizing over the decision were some of the worst of my life. I'm so sorry you find yourself there.

Send me a message anytime you want to talk. (BTW, my baby ended up dying before I had to decide, so I can't tell you what side I landed on. I do know that it is an incredibly loving choice for your baby but an agonizing choice for you.)
