I listened to an interesting podcast on it You can buy a bulb and add to an ordinary lamp that it fits. Like this

Interesting article (NSFWish)

You can buy expensive units to do it, but many people just use an ordinary lamp with specialist bulb.

First off, I don't think red plastic covering a normal LED bulb is giving the effect you need. Dedicated LED Red Lights give out specific 660nm light. I'd suggest investing in something like this if at all possible:

Normal LED light puts out much less of all colors (White light), and the plastic just filters out all light except for a wide range of visible red.

I use mine for about 10 to 15 minutes once per day about 3 to 5 days per week. It visible heals signs of stretching and relieves sore skin. This plus shea butter or coconut oil is great to make your penis' skin & glans happy and healthy.

Not ZC related but highly recommend trying a 660 nm red light on your spine

It's incredibly cheap and the research is growing. I use it for my spine daily (spondylosis) and the improvements and relief are a damn gift.

I have a small device, but not googled the light and ended up buying a red led grow light bulb with the same wavelength. ABI 12W Deep Red 660nm LED Bloom... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H2Y5U4M?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
