The Acer V5-561G has a dedicated AMD M265 GPU which is about equal to a GT 730M in performance. This is a pretty good laptop for the money, as it has an i5 4200U processor (though weaker than the 4200M), 6GB ram, 1366x768 15.6" screen and 500GB HDD.

There is also an 8GB touchscreen version for $600, and the extra ram might be helpful for your Lightroom needs.

Here are two laptops which would be better:

Acer Aspire V3-572G-54S6 with a Nvidia GT840M
Acer Aspire E5-551G-T0JN with a Radeon R7 M265
Acer Aspire V5-561PG-6686 same as above, but with a touchscreen
Asus Q550LF-BSI7T21 with a 1080p IPS display, Intel i7 ULV and a Nvidia GT745M (it's refurbished though with a shorter warranty length)
HP ProBook 450 G1 with a Radeon HD 8750M (only if you have a Micro Center near you)

All these have dedicated GPUs, thus will run games much better than one of the HP laptops you linked.
