You are a nice looking guy, but you have to get that skin corrected ASAP. Are you seeing a dermatologists? If not, do it right away or it can permanently scar if it hasn't already.

I can't tell if the zits are standard run-of-the-mill pimples or cystic acne. If it is cystic acne (pimple that has no core, just plenty of pus and can last for months), then scaring can be really bad as they go deep. But whichever you have, you might be allergic to some food or drink. I would recommend you eliminate all liquid except water for six weeks and see if you have any improvement. (No coffee, no tea, no soda, no alcohol, no milk, no chocolate etc)

  1. If there is improvement, then weekly add one liquid back into your diet to determine what is the acne trigger(s).

  2. If there is not improvement, then consider trying the Elimination diet to determine if you are allergic to some type of food (gluten, dairy, soy etc).

  3. I also recommend that you buy some Benzoyl Peroxide 10% to use on your zits. Here in the U.S. the best I have found is AcneFree Terminator 10 Acne Spot Treatment. The process is as follows:

    a. Clean your face early in the evening.

    b. Then put a half a pea size amount of Benzoyl Perozide (Acne Free Terminator) on the new zit.

    c. You will keep it on for at least eight hours (sleep in it). But be careful until it dries so as not to get it on any fabric. It will bleach fabric white.

    d. Continue to use the Benzoyl Perozide (Acne Free Terminator) nightly until you can push on the zit and it doesn't hurt. It usually takes 1-2 days to kill the zit, but get it as soon as you feel the pain of a pimple. The longer the zit lives, the harder it is to kill. Plus it will get an ugly whitehead if you let it live too long before putting the Benzoyl Perozide (AcneFree Terminator) on it.

You are thin, but I wouldn't classify you as skinny. I think your weight is right where it should be. Keep working out to build muscles.

You have such bright eyes. Very unique.

Your hair in the field looks the best. However you had it cut/styled that day, keep that look.

Your teeth are good. Your eyebrows are well groomed (or naturally groomed).

I do think you need to take better care of your complexion. Below is my list of suggestions.

Overall, I think you are doing well with your assets. Good job!

To Clear up your complexion

  1. Purchase Formula 10-0-6. You can buy it online. Target.com and Ulta.com has it for $5.99. Click here for Target

  2. Right before bed, get a good amount of the Formula 10-0-6 on a cotton ball. Clean your face with it. Continue to use new cotton balls with Formula 10-0-6 until they come back clean after using them on your face. (Do not clean your face more than once per day unless you had a really dirty day.)

  3. Shampoo every morning with a product that doesn't have pimple causing ingredients. We use Garnier Fructis products. Click here

  4. Take 1000mg daily of the supplement L-Lysine. Target has them for $7.59.

  5. Stay away from sugar.

  6. On the odd occasion you have a zit, clean your face early in the evening with Formula 10-0-6, then put a gob of AcneFree Terminator 10 Acne Spot Treatment on it. You will keep it on for at least eight hours (sleep in it). But be careful not to get it on any material or else it will stain it. Continue to use it nightly until you can push on the zit and it doesn't hurt. Usually takes 1-2 days to kill the zit, but get it as soon as you feel it the pain of a pimple. The longer the zit lives, the harder it is to kill. Plus it will get an ugly whitehead if you let it live too long before putting AcneFree Terminator on it.

That is all you have to spend for a clear complexion. $5.99 for the Formula 10-0-6; $5.98 for the Garnier Fructis shampoo; $7.59 for L-lysine; around $5.00 for the AcneFree Terminator; plus some cotton balls.

Have you tried using Benzoyl Peroxide in your routine? PanOxyl and this stuff work well for me.

Also, I hear tret needs like 6 months to work.

Hi, followed you over from the sims :) I've found great success adding the Clarisonic Mia to my routine. I've also started using Nerd Skin Care, which isn't cheap, but after trying a million things, I love how much kinder it is to my skin.

I have/had: eczema, ingrown hairs, cystic acne, and regular superficial acne

What has helped:
Spirinolactone (Rx)
Retin-A (Rx)
Limiting dairy (this is hard, but I feel better anyway and seeing fewer cysts is a great motivator)
Limiting gluten (specifically helps eczema)
Clarisonic Mia morning and night
Nerd 3-step routine morning and night
Weekly masque: I alternate between an Aztec clay tea tree oil one and a black sea salt one
Cystic spot treatment: AcneFree 10% Benzoyl cream

Got you bro. Get some irish spring body wash(the kind with the beads), some benzoyl peroxide face soap, and some 10% benzoyl proxide cream. Put the cream on before you go to bed and use the soap and body wash in the shower in the morning. Don't use too much cream because it can stain your pillow case.
