NTA. I'm a multiple snooze buttoner myself (it gives me way more dreams) and doing it in a way that disturbs your partner is not okay.

If it's important to her she can get a silent alarm that will only wake her up, eg the silent alarm on a fitbit, or one of these.

Can I help? I bought a sleep headband with built in speakers via Bluetooth. No matter how you sleep, it's comfy!

These are still sleep phones—just wireless. I haven’t had an issue with these but I did when I used the ones with the wire. Seemed to go through a pair every six months or so.

I think those earphones run the risk of wrapping around your neck while sleeping. I wouldn't mind a headwrap Bluetooth set. Maybe like these:

Hey SiBai

No need to worry about entering ChoosingBeggar territory, asking advice is literally the point of this sub. Your request however is tricky, due to the combination of wireless and side-sleeping.

I was about to give up when PC Magazine's The Best True Wireless Earbuds for 2019 led me to a true wireless earbud for under $50: JLabs JBuds Air ($49 on Amazon). While they feature a relatively low profile, they don't appear to be quite flush with the ear lobe. This might be an issue, depending on your pillow and ears. The trade-off for the relative small size is that battery life isn't great, with an Amazon user ghoulishly reporting that "they would die in your sleep".

Alternatively you could look into wireless "sleeping headphones". These usually look like an airline sleep mask (Homder, $27 on Amazon) or a sweatband (AcousticSheep, $100 on Amazon). Both linked "sleephones" are reportedly OK for side-sleepers, something to keep in mind when considering other alternatives.

None of the above are exactly audiophile quality. If you need better sound, I'd stick with old-fashioned wired IEMs. Or Apple EarPods.

Good luck with the search!

They make a wired pair as well, but I sprung for the bluetooth in the link. I use them at night with the notch therapy white noise.
