Is it the active pad as seen here? I used to have one just like it, but mine might’ve been a leap pad which looks a little more like your sketch. I remember mine had cartridges with it. These are what came up when I searched “interactive book toy with cartridges”, there’s probably more but that’s what came up , I just did a quick search as I remember this thing too!
