Invest in sq shoes and belt first.
Don't get chucks!
Saw these recommended by some ss coaches and are ~100$

Don't worry about wraps and sleeves yet. Save on them and maybe get than 100$ belt instead.

Come on you are 16 you don't talk like a 60 year old. You will do just fine.

If your focus is on olympic lifts, I'd go for the olympic shoes. Crossfit shoes are designed for crossfit exercises and will have different features (probably a lower heel and the floor of the shoe being a bit squishier to allow for easier running and jumping).

Plug in your size and see what the cost is: http://www.amazon.com/Adidas-Power-Perfect-Weightlift-Shoes/dp/B003VRPDWY/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1451965129&sr=8-7&keywords=adipower+weightlifting+shoes

This is what I just found for a good crossfit lifting shoe; try the same:http://www.amazon.com/Reebok-Mens-Crossfit-Lifter-Training/dp/B00OJCDJGW

But the top review:
"All weightlifting shoes have two things in common: a flat, grippy bottom and a raised, rigid sole. The sole on these is very similar to the Reebok Nanos, only with seemingly less grip. Not flat at all. But that's not the big problem with these shoes. The big problem is the heel.

A Reebok rep I talked to claimed that these have an effective heel height of .75", which is the same as the Adipowers and Romaleos. This cannot be true. Even if it were, they made the heel out of a squishy rubber like you'd find on a running shoe. So even at sub-maximal loads, you have to deal with an insane amount of compression in the heel. The rubber used is so springy you can actually compress it with just your fingers, forget a heavy clean or snatch."

I don't know that crossfit shoes will serve you best for a focus on the olympic lifts. I don't know if the price difference would justify the limitations in trade-off, which concerns safety.
