The person that comes in last in the standings at the end of the regular season has to buy the food for the draft the next year. Also, they have to wear this during the draft. This has made the people at the bottom of the standings pay a lot of attention to finish the season. Nothing for the playoffs though, their season is over.

Personally, as an IT guy, I run into a lot of people who have extreme misconceptions as to what I do, and how my workflow goes. People interrupting me to get them to help them with stupid stuff like why doesn't my monitor work? (is it turned on), can I leave my personal laptop here for you to fix? (Yes, but you'll be charged my consultants fee for that), etc.

For the ones who really get to me.. i picture them wearing a hat similar to this where it spins faster and makes a tin-whistle sound at a volume dependent on how frustrating they are.
