They make them in several different sizes if you'd prefer smaller or larger.
Yea, rgr that. I do like how that is all built-in. We have a weight on ours that you need to lift off once the pressure is down.
Do you set the pound pressure by that valve as well, or is that something you type into the front?
Also, side note as I look at yours and the one we got. While I do like what looks like some very convenient tools on your cooker, I also see a ton of electronics that can fail over time (including the keypad getting worn out). Our cooker is completely mechanical. And all the parts that are on it like the handles and the pressure gauge are all user-replaceable. I don't plug it in, so there is really nothing that can go wrong with it. It is kind of like a hammer in that respect!

I've seen aluminum large commercial size pressure cookers on Amazon.com. You might want to check there. Seems like that might be heavy for an induction top, though.
