Someone up-thread said it's a universal pan lid. This one is boujee but it shows the style used in the vid.
I bet a baking/cookie sheet would work well too.
I use a round pizza sheet pan. Universal.
I do have an All Clad universal lid which I got cheap but I’ve not used it yet.
