I think it's the second book, but I didn't translate that first link. That should be a start, you'd need to just have a high quality picture/scan I think. I couldn't find any evidence of this so you might have to end up doing it yourself.
The same book OP shared. I saw you can get used but in good condition for around $45, but that's the cheapest I could find. (I hope that link works, I'm on mobile.)
