  • If you want Noise Cancellation, wireless charging, and long battery life (28 hours). They have some other cool features too like HearID and sensors for auto-pausing when removing from your ear. They use touch controls. - Anker's Liberty Air 2. $110

  • If you're willing to sacrifice noise cancellation and wireless charging for longer battery life (40 hours) - Anker's Life P2. They're IPX7 rated too (fully submersible). These use a physical button on each earbud for controls. $60

  • For the latter, there's a $50 version that's almost identical to the P2 called the Life Note. This one also comes in White. It's sold at Walmart and Target and is slightly lower IP rated (IP5X), so rain/sweat resistant but not fully submersible.

    They all do AptX and AAC so they work on both iOS and Android (and Windows and Mac) with high quality audio. They are also all USB-C and BT 5.0. I haven't had any issues with disconnections or anything and I'm in NYC (lots of interference from BT/WiFi).

    I've had the Life P2's (because I favor longer battery life, and they cost about half the Liberty Air 2's) for like 2 weeks now. I'm not an audiophile, but I can tell the difference between SBC and AptX audio; they sound really good; on par with Anker's other bluetooth headphones. They've got lots of bass, but not an overwhelming amount. They skip the active noise cancellation, but do a pretty good job of blocking out external sound on their own considering they actually go inside your ear. For reference, I ride the NYC subway every day and have zero complaints.

    If you have a device that does reverse wireless charging (S10, Note 10, etc), you can decide if you want 28 hours of battery life instead of 40 so that you can have wireless charging.

I was using the Anker Soundcore Spirit X with 8hr battery and they worked perfectly, but the Soundcore Life P2 were on sale this week for $44 and I love them. 8hrs battery life (tested myself) with 40 from the case.
