Oh friend, do you have a wonderful journey ahead of you.
It's Cosmic Marvel at its very best. And is more or less where the modern incarnation of the Guardians of the Galaxy comes from.
Honestly, don't read anything else about it - just read it.
A pretty good standalone story is Captain America: Home of the Brave, you can buy it here on Amazon.
I'd also recommend as a personal favorite, Nova by Abnett and Lanning, and Annihilation.
If you want to get into Spider-Man then you should pick up Nick Spencer's new run, it's pretty good.
Also check out the subreddit's reading guide.
Looks like it's currently being reprinted in Complete Collection trades: https://www.amazon.com/Annihilation-Complete-Collection-Vol-1/dp/1302912860/

Here's the first volume. Annihilation conquest is a different event that follows afterwards.
to add to this, there was a complete collection that was just released that collects a lot of this, and a 2nd volume that comes out in a few days
Nova is one of my favs, I think if you just read this and the other two Annihilation volumes you'll get the complete Annihilation story along with the tie-in comics.
After that you might want to check out Annihilation Conquest volumes (and I would look into this if you're a GotG fan) although I would recommend you skip the Wraith story because IMO it's pretty bad.
If you like Nova (the character) just check his stuff by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning and also check the Guardians of the Galaxy stuff by those same writers.
There's more stuff but for now that's enough.

There's two volumes.
Your timeline link has the original trade paperback releases, but they compiled them into larger omnibuses more recently.
You have a couple of options.
