For maths Edexcel publishes a lot of resources, however it's sometimes hard to access if your not a teacher and they're alright for maths but further maths loads of the answers were wrong in all the textbooks. I don't remember hearing too many bad things about AQA maths and further maths but definitely look into both
I did AQA physics and this book was good, I personally think the AQA spec is pretty good too, but I haven't looked at it in depth.
This expensive little thing is basically the official AQA course textbook:

This one seems to be the main book for OCR chemistry now (assuming you're not taking the stupid Salters spec):

These are pretty expensive books, but if you need a textbook, it's your best option to get the current, official books.
