You can look into watercooling it with a cooler shroud and a cpu watercooler. I will look for other options for you too.

You can try reseating it and reapplying everything but I feel like the cooler will still be loud for you.
You might as well get the Arctic 140 kit.

Since you're located in Canada, this price is CHEAPER than the American retail, and it's cheaper than the EVGA kit. You can contact Arctic and ask them if it will fit the FTW cards prior to purchasing them. They should but never hurts to ask.
