Totally not trying to be a dick, but what do you have? Like tape, cd, radio?

If you have a tape deck you could get a Bluetooth tape deck adapter.

I’m not too sure how good it is, but I know I looked into it as a option for a friend with a similar issue.

One thing you can do with a lot of these is use a bluetooth cassette adapter that you'd use for a car stereo even if the belts are bad. If the auto stop triggers constantly you can usually just hit pause and the head still makes contact to the adapter's.

something like this:

One thing to consider is a Bikini or Crop top. Bikinis cover just the passenger portion and crops extend over the rear but neither has sides. My JK has full doors, which is my preference. There are several such tops that will fit under a hard top, so you take the hard top off and you're out tooling around and a sudden cloudburst swings by, at least you're not swimming. (One dude I knew actually just drove around with an umbrella in his car. He was trying to present the picture of "Screw the weather! I'm an open air Jeep man." That's fine but he looked friggin ridiculous and his ass was always wet, so he finally got a C. Res and a bikini top. And yes, he held the umbrella over his head while he was driving!)

I pulled my carpets and redid the floors in spray on bedliner. Eventually I'm going to have that removed and the interior done professionally with black Rinoliner similar to the green on the exterior. I've got a few more things on the work list first, though. It does make it easy when it comes to cleaning it out or dealing with puddles. (Soft tops sometimes have leaks in bad enough weather. Especially aftermarket ones. Smittybilt generally makes good stuff, but all soft tops stretch slightly after a couple years. This either creates new gaps or seals old ones.) I never bothered to put the drain plugs back into the floor, so I have a bit more noise, but I don't have a shit to give on that.

I just got used to using Bluetooth headphones with my phone, and I hadn't turned my radio on in two years. I drive around listening to documentaries on YouTube. I just discovered that they make a Bluetooth tape deck adapter, and for less than $25. That thing is friggin' amazeballs. (Bear in mind that my Jeep is a 2000.)

Also, have you considered moving somewhere where you don't have to drive on the freeway?

Cassette to Bluetooth adapter should do the trick.

Get an aux cord to cassette tape adapter, no need to do any soldering.
