I have a few sets of these and they are worth their weight in gold. I have multiple sets in different sizes and I just buy them when I see them on sale, usually at the restaurant supply store.

Also, I use a sharpie and write on the cutter when I find a size that works for an application. For example, one says BISCUIT another SUGAR COOKIE.

Ring molds. I loosely pack the ground meat into the mold and make a dimple in the center to make sure it cooks up flat. You can prep a ton of them on wax paper to feed a large crowd. Just make sure you start with a ring slightly larger than your bun. Making it nice a thick also helps in getting a nice sear on the outside without overcooking the inside.
