If you're talking about the box sets, I believe "Part 1" is episodes 1-13, thus "Part 2" being the latter half of the season.

The standard edition should suffice if you just want to watch the series.

Not sure if this is English dubbed or Japanese with English subtitles, but according to Amazon the languages are English/Japanese so I would think you could select which language. Don't take my word on that though.
