I use a 30-foot fiber DisplayPort cable ($100) with a connector ($10) and a 30-foot powered USB extender cable ($40).
It's a pricy solution but it works perfectly.
Yes, we have. BeatSaber and JetIsland are run at 144.
However I have not used the PassThrough camera.
