> I read good reviews about Logitech keyboard but it maybe too thick to I went w The official Apple one.

I have the Smart Keyboard and the Brydge keyboard. I like the Brydge at home but usually, switch back to the Smart Keyboard when on the road.

> Where do you guys stash the pencil while Traveling
Either on the side of the iPad or in a bag with some other tech pieces (cables and chargers).

> Do you have a privacy screen on it for flights ?

Nope - but I also usually have a window seat and can angle the device more towards the corner if there's an issue. But I'm not working on anything top secret and if someone really wants to watch a film over my shoulder without audio then that's fine.

> if you found a good charger w multi usb c plugs

I personally have and use this Satechi charger though the more powerful port is meant for my laptop (I can and have charged my iPad through it though).

> backup battery w juice for this and iPhone

I have an Aukey Powerbank which is 10000mAh and a ZMI one which is 20,000mAh - which one I take depends on the trip.

I don't know if this one works, but it says it supports USB-PD and uses 12V. I'm considering getting it when I get my WIN 2.

I received my Quest yesterday morning and have had quite a bit of time on it I have a Vive and had the Pro for a few days before I returned it. I am totally happy with it, games are better being tether less and the graphics are pretty good. One of the 10 games and experiences that I have played is notable Apex Construction. Totally cool game and well worth the $30 that it costs.

I did purchase a 10,000 mAh USB C Power Pack from Amazon and a 3 foot USB C to USB C cord. Nice thing also the 3 foot cable will also charge the quest and fits nice in my front pant pockets. USB output on the power supply is important and this one pushes 2.4 amps. When I'm playing while hooked to this thing my power level went from 15% to 25% in around 20 minutes.

I can easily get 7 hours of play time with this iphone 7 plus sized battery pack which is more than I'll play in a day.

They only fast charge using USB-C to USB-C, otherwise it's slow charge. The first link charges slightly faster and is a better overall charger.

Double reply so you get a notification about this.

Using an old car charger (2.4A) with a proper USB-A -> USB-C 3.0 cable (this one https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A6F3WHG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) charged my phone from 60% to 100% in roughly 1 hour. The phone never said "charging rapidly" either, so you're not getting Power Delivery with that. I am buying a proper USB-C car charger later this week, I can DM you with an update on that.

Edit: Adding this as well in case someone else is looking for this info, but this what I dm'd OP:

Alright so I bought this cable: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A6G0CTQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this car charger https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079MWXSS8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They both work great, fast charging and everything.

For what it's worth, this is also a good power bank: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079Z4RHZZ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is a great little and inexpensive battery with power delivery.

first i got this:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NCJUM6K/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

which lasted a while till i accidentally got it drenched riding a fourwheeler and it died.

so i replaced it with this:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079Z4RHZZ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

i prefer the new one cause it has 2 full size usb out spots, so i can keep a usb-c in one for my phone, and then i have one of these:

https://smile.amazon.com/Charging-Chafon-Charge-Connectors-Charging-2/dp/B01DK13VZ6/ref=sr_1_3?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1542288733&sr=1-3&keywords=usb%2Bc%2Bmicro%2Bmini%2Blightning&th=1

in the other side for charging misc things until the rest of the tech world gets their act together with the usb c standard.

Along with the Anker, I can vouch for the Aukey PD chargers too.

I am holding out for Anker, but we are starting to see more vendors make reasonably sized PD power banks. Here is one from Aukey...

velcro on the back + two velcro straps on the back of the headset = removable counter weight+ extra playtime. tbh i usually only use it for very intense experiences as i only really feel the imbalance when i'm vr flailing like a madman heh, for viewing and low impact experiences i detach the bank.

u/CarryOnRTW · 1 pointr/onebag

Wife and I each carry an Aukey 10000mAh battery pack. It has USB C, A and micro. Can be charged and charge over USB C. Airlines prefer smaller battery packs (they have limits on battery size) so we went with 2 of these vs. 1 huge one.

u/Slorface · 1 pointr/OculusQuest

I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079Z4RHZZ?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

It's not a massive battery, but it can fast charge my pixel a couple times before I need to recharge it

u/Imlulse · 1 pointr/GooglePixel

I don't think the one you linked is even the most portable one that Aukey makes, tho we might have different definitions of portable... When I'm looking at 6,000-10,000mAh banks I want something that's downright pocketable, so phone form factor basically, and I'll easily trade a couple square mm (H/L) for a thinner bank.

I've been looking for one with an integrated cable like the old EasyAcc 6000mAh I had (or the even older Anker Slim) but I haven't found one. This 10,000mAh Aukey is way slimmer than the one you linked FWIW, and this Tronsmart is slightly slimmer still, $10 cheaper at the current sale price, and might have a better metal case. The Aukey has an extra Type A port tho (keep in mind plugging in 2-3 devices at the same time will slow down charge rates for all).

u/Serafita · 1 pointr/NintendoSwitch

You can always buy a smaller 10000mAh power bank and see how that feels like, if you've never used one before. Maybe this Aukey one which is usb-c with power delivery. In any case, you can always use it to top up your phone too. One with no usb-C and power delivery is feasible too, though not really future-proofing yourself. If it's usb-A to usb-C, then plug it in as soon as you start playing on your switch from 100% if you think you'll be playing more than 3 hours.

u/anonymostest · 1 pointr/GooglePixel

Hey, just a heads up but that power bank you linked has an "F" on fakespot.

I just ordered this one that technically has a lower rating, but at least they're real reviews ("A" on fakespot): AUKEY 10000mAh Power Bank, 18W USB-C Portable Charger with Power Delivery & Quick Charge 3.0 Battery Pack.

Thanks for the helpful info! Just checked the guide, and I'm a bit confused. Will the below battery work for the switch with a USB a to USB c? From what I gather, it would fall under the "good enough" category?
