Get you to a physical therapist for sure! Mine kept me mobile. My pain started around 8 weeks this time around but I started having almost debilitating pain closer to 28 weeks. I'm 37+6 now and I'm not sure I'd be still able to walk if it weren't for her. I live in a 3-story house with 2 kids already so as I'm sure you can imagine I was SWEATIN at the prospect of trying to manage my life barely able to walk let alone climb stairs. But at this point I am doing pretty OK - pain not GONE but seems at a steady state as long as I maintain my exercise.

I wish I could just point you at exercises, but I found it was much better to have her teach them IRL, as it's a bit finicky how to do them right and given the delicate situation down there you can indeed make things worse by activating the wrong muscles by accident.

Till then, this support belt: https://www.amazon.com/Baby-Belly-Band-Pregnancy-Compression/dp/B0024L5KQ2 while ridiculous looking in the picture, provided a lot of relief. I was wearing it in mid summer and it was VERY sweaty though.

This one is specifically made for pelvic girdle pain because it supports the pelvis. I actually searched babybumps for ideas of what it could be. Then from there I searched babybumps for pelvic girdle pain and somebody suggested that really helped. It's expensive for what it is but if it relieves the pressure I'm willing to try it. It apparently holds the hips tightly together relieving the pain. Also, I think cat pose in yoga helps some too.
