It's very hard because this one was only sold at the Budokan shows. It's basically the Limited Edition cover, but with the girls out of their coffins. It comes with this special long interview.
The regular limited edition cover can still be bought (A!Smart - Amazon Japan) because they did a re-release in 2016 (but, the original came with all the MV's with commentary from the girls + Summer Sonic 2013), the re-release only comes with a Gimme Chocolate video with footage from the whole 2015 tour (which wasn't received that well when announced lol).
This photoshoot also appeared in several magazines and BM photobooks, the outfits themselves were also used a ton.
But, thanks for tracking down a good quality version, don't think I had it :)

Those are collages made by Koji Yoda (ROKUSHIKI Co., Ltd.) for the booklet which came inside the Limited Edition version of Babymetal's self-titled CD. The photos of the girls in them are all from official promotional shoots. Full credits are on the tenth scan.
