I would get one of [these] (http://www.amazon.com/Bamboo-Silicone-Pop-Up-Travel-Colors/dp/B00251IQ12/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1382372725&sr=8-4&keywords=silicone+bowl) and scramble my eggs at home (with the cheese and s+p already in, and probably some butter too) then pop it in the microwave once I get there. It should be very little cleanup.
One time I went backpacking with 6 friends in the north Georgia mountains. It was 2010 I believe. I was with 2 guys who had never been much outdoors, a type 1 diabetic, a egomaniac, a short fuse, and a stoner. Anyways we parked at the top of the mountain and hiked 6 miles down and found a place to camp for the night. We were dim witted and didn't check the weather before leaving for the trip. The hardest flood Georgia had seen in decades occurred that night. We woke to pounding rain at 4 AM and had to scuttle at a snails pace up the mountain in the knee high downfall. The diabetic's pump broke, short fuse blew, two unknown guys shelled up, and everything went to hell. By a miracle (a two packs on my shoulders) we made it out, sprinting the last mile. Then rode home as fast as hell to return to our warm homes. It wasn't much of Walking on sunshine. But the best stories come from strange events.
