As far as download-only releases:
ototoy surprisingly only has BNM, and will have Conqueror.
Amazon US only has WD & JBI.
Amazon JP has all the things. Only in MP3 format, apparently, and no idea the bitrate.
Still better to grab the CDs and rip them to the format of your choice, and hold onto them for backup, unless you absolutely can't spare the room for physical albums.
