I'm using both of those products and can confirm they work great. BCW does make those top loaders specifically so those sleeves will fit inside them. It really is the best option for sleeving Metroplex.
I put him in my binder in one of these (BCW 8x10) but that's wholly unnecessary; I just wanted a binder page the same size as the 3.5x5 pocket pages I have for the bot cards.
