Could I get some advice on making decisions on accessories to complement my style? I've never really used accessories and now that I'm trying to build my warddrobe out and purchasing a nice wallet, nice backpack, bags I don't know how to make a decision on colors and fabrics that help create a cohesive look.
The wallet I'm planning to buy is the Bellroy Note Sleeve. I own some things in a nice brown caramel, but I don't know how the grey interior will go. I also like the black+grey interior but will that go well with my brown+black accessories? I just don't know how to go about making decisions for accessories. I have some bright red items.
This is the stuff I take with me whenever I go out, be that commuting on the subway or walking to the café down the street.
Not pictured: my Timberland backpack that carries my iPhone fast charger, iPad Pro 9.7in, baseball cap (always handy), umbrella, Contigo water bottle, and whatever else I pick up that day.
Guns and knives are p much illegal here in NYC but my kubotan gives me a small peace of mind walking around by myself late at night. The power bank has also saved my ass quite a few times when I’ve lost my bearings with a dead phone.
I'm going through the same exercise. I'm super picky (OCD?), so I've tried out about 12 different wallets. Still in decision making mode, but here are a few suggestions...
http://exentri.com/en/the-wallet/ - This was my previous carry. It's great, but I tend to carry around too many CC/debit/ID/insurance cards for it to stay closed w/ MOs and cash, which drove me nuts. Also WM MOs are just a hair too tall. It will stay closed with 6-8 cards.

I prefer a small, compact wallet (not sure how to square that with churning and my preference for carrying multiple cards) while it's not too fat, it's a bit wider than my iphone 7+. One good thing about this wallet its that it's tall enough to hold WM MOs without them sticking out the top. Note: this same company makes several different wallet varieties in this same vein.

Hope this helps and would love to know if there are other suggestions!
