This probably wouldn't work for OP's situation because its a tad small, but I love my Bentgo bento boxes. Microwave and dish washer safe, comes with utensils, and I can fit a ton of food in there if I do it right. Plus the company is so awesome. They'll send you an extra strap for absolutely free, and they're awesome about checking up on the product without being annoying and spammy. I highly recommend this box.
My SO has that monbento and I have a bentgo (this one http://www.amazon.com/Bentgo-All-Stackable-Lunch-Bento/dp/B00B78T8U2).
He likes his better because of the style, I prefer mine because the top sectioned part is made that way and not a loose divider like his. I can put something wet or juicy, like fruit, on one side and dry, like crackers, on the other. In the monbento I have to put silicone cupcake molds to prevent "wet" foods from leaking.
I have two bento boxes. I have the monbento which I love. The top review (by Emma Lee) is me! I like to think it's a good read. You should check it out.
I also have a bentgo which I would consider more of an "americanized" bento box because of it's size. Even if you don't carefully pack this box, you can still easily get enough food in it for a lunch.
