It's a collector's edition, but it's Blu-ray. I don't have one yet but I think it has at least the dub, so subtitles should be there too I think. Link here to Amazon page here

This is exactly what we're getting in the UK. And on the amazon listing it previously said volumes 1-6 (which is all 25 episodes, they were just split up into 6 volumes when they were released), but since then they changed the listing to Berserk: Collector's Edition and the price has gone down to £35.
If you don't mind forking over close enough to £50 the Blu Ray set is being released in the UK later this year.
