For the massage thing, I HIGHLY recommend one of these. If I'm ever sitting in a bad position for even just a few minutes, it brings on the neck pain that turns into a migraine, but I have successfully stopped it with this. My husband also loves it because I no longer beg him for massages. :)
It looks super weird, but it's crazy effective. You just put it where it hurts the most and pull down as hard as you can stand. Move and repeat.

I've had it for years and love it! I've tried the other back buddy, I was excited about it because of the more conical point but it is NOT as strong! You can feel the plastic flexing when you use it :/
Haven't used the Thera cane though!
