This completely annihilated my fungus gnat problem, along with the yellow sticky butterflies. Brought them
Home with a Home Depot plant. Now I ALWAYS check for them, and usually will stop by the complex dumpster and completely uproot any plants I get from there and repot them immediately.

Edit: also, this worked really awesome and for a really long time. I applied in early summer and have never had another issue. Didn’t mess with any of my plants even a little.

I use Bonide Systemic Granules every 8 weeks. It's absorbed through the roots and protects the plant, which kills the grubs.

I was able to get rid of the mites on my english ivy by spraying all of the leaves with neem oil solution and spreading insecticide in the soil (this is what I used). I've spread it in all of my houseplants now and will keep doing so, just in case.

I use yellow aphid sticky traps (available other places, that was just the first google result to show what I mean) for the adults. I'm currently experimenting with a systemic insecticide for the larvae, so unfortunately I can't recommend anything yet by experience, but it says it works on fungus gnats.
