i am going to guess a lot of this is mental; but you of course have physical manifestations. Stress can cause an upswing in yeast/bacterial infections. There is also responsive desire. Basically you might need more than just having your boobs grabbed or something to turn you on.. Then partner that with the pain/infections you have and sex or even the thought of sex is not fun.
