Well you can pretty much make anything from any cookbook just be sure to double, triple and quadruple check the ingredients your using. Most jib oils, pan sprays contain soybean oil which is a big red flag for those with soy allergies.
They make toastabags which allow you to send gluten free breads through a traditional toaster.

Some old folks need their food cut up real small and have hands that are too shaky to do themselves, wait staff can do that or depending on whether you use a rational/sham type pre-plated setting can do that ahead of time for em or do it at service time.
You may want to check this out then. Toastabags are awesome. They're meant for grilled cheese but they're washable so you can indeed do jelly sandwiches in the toaster.

Though those are really fucking expensive. The ones I bought were like $3 with free shipping. Can't find them anymore for some reason, and not going to log into my amazon at work to track 'em down.

Sure you could turn the toaster on it's side for grilled cheese, but I think there is a lot more potential here. Plus, they're reusable.
