Are you in the US? Most radio-controlled clocks you buy here will only receive WWVB and won't work in China. But you can find clocks (and watches) that are intended for travel, and therefore pick up multiple time stations. Here is an example from Braun (though I can't find a listing of which stations it picks up, and their site is down right now). You could also try buying a clock online intended for the Chinese market.
