I believe those already exist . Either way it’s a bit better with hands since you still need to dip them in there to fish out any broken yolks before you begin and some yolks look okay and break on you unexpectedly, missing one of these could fuck up your entire process with this machine. Just seems like a gadget that isn’t completely thought through for most kitchen environments as the one review on that product points out.
