HLL2395DW for $100. I have the older model, and don't have any issues with it. No fax, though.
If you need fax, walmart and Amazon have the MFC-L2710DW for $125.

Both models have duplex capabilities.
Edit: I would like to make this a little more clear. This isn't a bad deal, but I don't think it is that great either. The second printer I listed is newer (and not refurbished), faster, and has duplex, but uses a more expensive toner cartridge. If you don't need/want duplex, don't mind refurbished (the page doesn't list it, so I'm assuming the refurbishing is being done by Brother), and/or want cheaper toner cartridges (I've had good luck with Monoprice TN660 cartridges), then it's is fine.
I have a Brother copy/scanner laser printer. It's been great so far. Had it about 5 years with no issues, only replaced the toner once in that time. Think I paid $80 for it on Amazon. I have an older version of something like this.
You could also look for a used laser printer from an office. The HP behemoths will last forever. They are quite serviceable. You may even get a used color laser printer for that price.
The Samsung is nice but I prefer Brother printers. This one is a great price and should give everything u need

I had a similar use profile a while back and bought a little Brother monochrome machine. The Brother HL-2350DW is a slightly newer version of what I got, and it’s available for $100 on Amazon. It hits everything on your list except color and scanning, and it should last you many years of home use.

I recommend going with the lowest priced machine of these 3 that you think would suit your needs. Keep in mind, too, that color machines cost more to operate.
