Depends what you prefer. I've only ever used a leather one with a chain, but it's a bit uncomfortable with heavy weights imo. I've read good reviews on [this nylon one] (www.amazon.com/dp/B00HMU1VNG/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_W5ggvb1NZXNZD), but i never tried it
