As /u/WillowTree360 said, most of these records can be found in the 11k. The relevant page numbers are:

  • 7689 - 8274: Bomb squad, first responders, first aid, weapons
  • 8275 - 8712: SWAT
  • 8713 - 10075: Agency Reports

You might also be interested in the Governor's Commission report, which details more about the investigation post-massacre and the lessons learned from Columbine, and Homeland Security's report Wanton Violence At Columbine High School, which details the case from the perspective of firefighters and paramedics on-scene.

Finally, SWAT officer Grant Whitus wrote a book that details his experience at Columbine as well as in other cases he worked on. There are also some videos out there with him (like this short one) in which he talks about Columbine. He is not the only officer to do so: AJ DeAndrea is one other who appeared in an interview about the case. Lead investigator Kate Battan also appeared in at least one article that I always recommend reading in light of what you're asking.
