Wipe with some Balneol and then put some Calmoseptine on the, um, area. You can also smear some on a gauze pad and kind of stick it between your cheeks.

Bonus points if you do as my SO and I and cry, "BALNEOL FOR ALL Y'ALL!" as you apply.
