- Candle warmer - You should get a candle warmer. They make candles last forever. I have this one and it's awesome. It can also be used to keep your coffee, hot chocolate, or tea mug warm. The black pad gets warm, but not hot enough to burn. I can hold my hand on it with no problem. It also has an auto off switch after 8 hours which was perfect for me. I have used these in dorms with no problems.
- Oil warmer/burner. There are some operated by batteries, some electric, and some use tealights. Here is an example.
- Wall/fragrance plugs that plug into the wall. These come in several different brands including wallflower plugs by Bath and Body Works and scent plugs by Yankee Candle. Here is an example.
