I do squats in the kitchen while I wait for my lunch to microwave.
I also have a standing desk riser on my desk and a balance disc I stand on when I am standing, I sort of march back and forth on it, it gets me moving more and it give me steps while I am standing in one place.
We use an inflatable balance disc (like this) and work sit to stand and stand to down and down to stand and sit pretty and bow and all sorts of other commands with either front end or back end on the disc. It takes a lot of effort to stabilize themselves on the disc.
