The CARD Travel Adapter has 1 USB-C, 3 USB-A, and adapters built in. Been using it constantly since September and can vouch it's well worth the money.
I like to use this travel adaptor. It's well built, packed with features, and small, light and minimal.
Basically it powers my laptop, powers my phone(s), power bank and anything else. I have to credit /u/heronebag for the recommendation. off her blog.
Yeah - I take a bladeless multitool and they find it at security more than 50% of the time, and often take some convincing to let me though with it. (It was confiscated once, too.)
A knife seems like a bad idea, as there's a good chance they'll find it, and at best they'll just take it.
Another USB-C charger option is this.. I think it's more compact, yet still chucks out 45w over USB-C.
Edit: Just noticed that they said:
>Im always checking my crap in, unless its a 5 day trip or less, and the majority of my trips are over a month
which means the knife probably mainly goes in checked luggage.
The closest thing that I know of is the Cardtec CA4-Pro. It was kickstarted successfully a few years back and its on amazon US if that's where you're from. You can also buy it from their singapore website.

One of the forum members here u/hivickylai wrote a review on it recently on this very subreddit. Can't seem to find it right now though.
Have you checked out the Card Travel Adapter 4-Pro? Its USB-C port is 45W instead of 30W, it has 3 USB-A ports (originally wrote 4), and the international adapters are built-in and fold out from the back. Disclaimer: I don’t own it yet, so can’t personally vouch for it, but lots of people on this sub have it and it seems to be well-liked.
I see what you're bringing in other replies. And I don't have recommendations for those things.
But what I don't see is anything about your work tools. I would imagine that robot installation and servicing would require a hardware toolkit, an electronics toolkit, and a computing toolkit.
My job is highly technical and requires a number of computing devices that have to be charged at all times. So what I use and recommend there is as follows:
The manufacturer page is http://www.card-tec.com/ca4-pro.php
https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Adapter-4-Pro-Ports-Black/dp/B078GNJ86V Amazon has it, it's too thick and too expensive for my tastes. But, it's a 45W USB C charger, three legacy USB ports and an AC socket plus international plugs. It certainly can be interesting if you want to consolidate.
Ps. because amazon brings it up, the kikkerland adapter is a blatant ripoff of the Road Warrior RW75 but now amazon has the RW101 which is the improved version, if you want a flat adapter, buy that one.

There's just a few reviews I can find on the webs, which is surprising for a product that's been out for more than a year.

Anybody used this? I'm close to biting the bullet.
Just got my Card Travel Adapter 4-Pro in the mail last night. (https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Adapter-4-Pro-Ports-Black/dp/B078GNJ86V/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8)
Saw it recommended frequently on this sub.
Construction seems great, USB-C port is an awesome addition.
Can't testify to its converting ability yet since I'm still on USA sockets. One Amazon review mentioned an issue with 220v.

The standard on /r/onebag is the card 4 pro
Have you looked at http://card-tec.com/ca4-pro.php https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Adapter-4-Pro-Ports-Black/dp/B078GNJ86V
I'd recommend the card 4 pro: link. I've been using for 2 months now and really like it, but as someone else mentioned, the Mu One would probably work as well.
Pros:
- 1x 45 W USB-c charging port
- 3x 15 W regular USB for other gear.
- 1x generic AC wall plug
- Reasonably compact and plugs into most outlets.
Cons:
- Expensive
- Back cover is a little annoying.
- Plugs into wall from flat side, which covers adjacent outlets at times.
I carry this along with a couple of USB-c and USB cables and it covers all of my charging needs for macbook pro, ipad, phone, airpods. No bulky adapters needed.
