Something like this is probably the easiest way. They whine/hum a little, but it's better than nothing. I used one for years. There's also a bluetooth version of that thing.

I've seen more expensive ones with BT too, but they need power - you'd be getting pretty messy with the wires, might not be worth the hassle depending how much you actually drive.

Well, most cars are designed to pick up calls through the speakers and to play your phone's music using Bluetooth now, so it's not that much of a problem.

The people that have old cars just use one of those devices with a cassette shape that allow you to play stuff from your phone in your car's speakers. Or a parrot for phonecalls.
