This is my gold standard. Counts up or down. Lights up if needed. Easy to read. And the count down alarm is a vibration. My amazon history has four of them, two for my soccer bag, one for my football bag, and a replacement one last year cause I loaned it out and it never came back.

This has more alarms, but not as strong. Read the reviews and make a decision. I would go with Casio.
i've only found a few watches on amazon that have vibrating alarms.(listed below) does anyone know of others? i figure there has to be more, but I'm not sure where to look. I'm hoping someone has compiled a list.

A watch. Wear a watch. With an alarm on it. I wear one of these because not only does it have a set time alarm but you can set it as a vibration alarm and all the alarms you set for yourself are noticeable for you only.
